Started racing mountainbike in 1997 after giving up my place on a 1. div. basketball team. Became an elite rider in 1998.
I have ridden more than 200 international cross and mtb races in Europe during 2002-2008.

2005-2006
I progressed significantly in the 2005-2006 cross season. I had some excelent training camps in Luxembourg and Czech Republic, which eventually led me to become Danish Cyclocross Champion 2006 and overall winner of the Danish Cross Post Cup 2005.
2006-2007
I reclaimed the Danish Championship and qualified for the Worlds in Hooglede-Gits (Bel) - getting 32. place after dropping the chain in the first lap. After the season I was 40th in the World ranking.
Other important results: 1st Nordic MTB Marathon Championships. 2nd CX Boulder USA. 14th CX Roubaix-Lille. 21st CX World Cup Hoogerheide
2007-2008
I raced 17 races in North America - with 10 top-10 results and 4 podiums. At the Danish Championships I had been in bed for 3 days - got out and got 2nd - and went back to bed for 4 days. That stunt cost me the peak form the remnant of the season.
